These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Bidlisiw Academy (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” “our”), an educational initiative of Bidlisiw Foundation, Inc.   • Malware, harassment, unauthorized access.
  • Scraping, spam, impersonation.
  • Content redistribution, cheating, offensive posts.

Violations yield warnings, bans, legal action.

4. Enrollment and Access

Personal, non-transferable; payment for paid courses.

4.2 Access Duration

Lifetime unless specified; subject to change.

4.3 Certificates

Issued on completion; educational only, no employment guarantee.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

Protected by copyright, trademarks; owned by us/licensors.

5.2 Licenses

Limited personal educational use; no reproduction/commercialization.

5.3 Instructors

Retain rights; grant us distribution license.

11. Indemnity

13. Amendments

14. Termination

By user: Delete account. By us: Immediate for cause. Surviving clauses apply.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Philippine law; Cebu jurisdiction. Informal resolution first.
