Bidlisiw Academy is the online training and certification platform of Bidlisiw Foundation, Inc., empowering law enforcement authorities and NGOs with specialized courses on community development, child protection, and skills enhancement. Launched to extend the foundation’s 35+ years of impact, it delivers accessible, practical education for real-world application.​

The academy builds on Bidlisiw Foundation’s core purpose: improving family and community life for disadvantaged children and urban poor families in Cebu and beyond. Courses focus on key areas like child and family recovery, education support, livelihood training, and social advocacy to foster hope and opportunity.​

Our History

Bidlisiw Foundation started in March 1989 in Cebu City, founded by eight women with InterAide, symbolizing “rays of the rising sun” for hope. Registered as a non-profit in September 1989, it shifted to Filipino management in 1994 and now runs learning centers in Mandaue, Cebu, and other areas.​
